I have a V700 on Win 10 and Plustek 7600i on Win 7 on this computer and a V500 on a different Win 10 computer. This may not solve the problem but it won't hurt. Highlight the latest driver (or the one you want to use / try) then click Next, that driver will be installed for that device. Select Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computerĥ. Select Brows My Computer for driver softwareĤ. right click the scanner in the list (expand as necessary) and select Update Driversģ. right click the start button and select Device ManagerĢ. SO with the scanner connected and turned onġ.
No help in Windows Support or for your scanner problem. Windows 8.x: Navigate to the Apps screen and select Epson ScanSmart. Windows 10: Click > Epson Software > Epson ScanSmart. Windows 11: Click, then search for Epson ScanSmart and select it. After that, you can save, print, or share them. Windows feature updates always disables my Windows 7 installation and I have to reinstall it. You can start the Epson ScanSmart program to scan originals and easily review and edit scanned images. Audacity would not recognize any microphone, a privacy setting had changed that I did not change.
